Creating Inclusive Solutions

With my experience in organizational change, program development, policy development, and conflict resolution, I will provide a full plan for organizational change, to consultation on a single concern or issue. This may include an spacial review of your organization, trainings, policy redevelopment, and conflict resolution sessions.

I have given hundreds of presentations for dozens of organizations throughout Canada. My standard presentations include: Building Belonging, Accessible Futures, and Canadian Trans History. I also provide customized presentations on inclusion, accessibility, history, and faith.

The Uncovering Belonging Podcast, a explores the professional and personal stories of unique voices on what it means to belong and the journey to finding our authentic selves. Cohosts, Erin Davis and Jade Pichette work to create a psychologically safe space for all their guests to share their own journey to finding a sense of belonging.

Land Acknowledgement

I would like to recognize that I am a white settler of Scottish, British and culturally French Canadian descent who was born on the unceded traditional territory of the Algonquin Anishinabe nation now known as Ottawa. For the past decade I have been grateful to live, work, play and call Tkarón:to/Toronto home. Toronto is covered by Treaty 13 signed with the Mississaugas of the Credit, and the Williams Treaties signed with multiple Mississaugas and Chippewa bands. These lands and waters are the traditional homes and territories of and cared for by the Anishinaabeg, Wendat, Chippewa, Haudenosaunee, and the Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation. Today, Toronto is home to Indigenous, Afro-Indigenous and Urban Indigenous people from across Turtle Island.
